The Orlando Summer League starts today, and Danny Ainge has a new coach to start putting together a fresh new plan for what in some respects is a new team as fresh as just-hatched chicks. The Celtics president of basketball operations said he “sort of” had an idea of the kind of coach he wanted, though, as it turns out, he was thinking of Butler’s Brad Stevens the entire time. He’s a young coach steeped in advanced statistics, and known for going beyond all expectations with mid-major college talent.
